Lynda Covello is an international lawyer and business consultant with over 23 years of experience advising on the strategic use of intellectual property assets in business, including IP-related business strategies, technology transfer, licensing, commercialization, monetization, and IP-related transactions globally. Ms. Covello has held various roles with Licensing Executives Society (LES) (USA & Canada) and LES International (LESI), including Canada Regional Vice President (USA & Canada), and is currently Chair of the LESI Standard Licensing Agreements Committee. She is an instructor in the PDF 100 IP Commercialization Course, and is an annual guest lecturer on contract drafting at Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto.
