Gilles de St-Exupéry

Gilles de Saint-Exupéry is completing a Masters of Information Technology Law (LL.M.) at the University of Montréal. His thesis is titled Technology-Based Document and The Concept of Original: From its Theoretical Basis to The Practical Approach, supervised by Professor Vincent Gautrais. He also cumulates a teaching assistant position during his studies. He completed a Masters of International Law at the University of Paris II-Panthéon Assas. He was awarded a scholarship from the Graduate Studies Faculty from the University of Montréal. He also won the IT CAN 2010 Student Writing Competition for his article called The Impact of Internet on The Regulation of Audio-Visual Content to be published in the Canadian Journal of Law & Technology. Finally, he was one of the organisers of Creative Commons Montréal in December 2010.
