
Marc-Aurèle Racicot
Having degrees in both Biology and Law and a member of the Québec Bar Association since 2000, Mr. Marc-Aurèle Racicot has a private practice in Laval. After an internship with the Federal Court of Appeal, he held various positions at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of the Canada. In addition to publishing articles and being a keynote speaker at conferences on access to information, Mr. Racicot is the editor of the Open Government Journal and co-author of Federal Access to Information and Privacy Legislation Annotated and Protection of Privacy in the Canadian Private Sector published by Thomson Carswell and Emerging “Convergent” Professionalizing Occupations and Canadian University Continuing Education Units prepared for the Cauce Annual Conference of 2005.
