Steven B. Levy, the author of the book Legal Project Management – Control Costs, Meet Schedules, Manage Risks and Maintain Sanity, has spent many years helping the legal world deliver increased client value as a business leader, project manager, and author. He headed Microsoft’s legal technology/operations department, driving innovation and efficiency into one of the world’s largest law departments while delivering massive savings annually.

He led two industry task forces, worked on the LEDES e-billing standards, and founded a corporate-law roundtable for sharing operations information. Also at Microsoft, he led multiple multi-million-dollar projects for Microsoft Consulting Services and Microsoft IT.
